Yueran Group is a rapidly developing e-commerce enterprise, and its senior management team is young and energetic. At the same time, more leadership capabilities are needed to cope with the growing team. For the young management team, traditional learning models are too rigid and boring. Therefore, Yueran invited Prothink to conduct leadership training in a teambuilding format, requiring both solid content and a highly engaging experience.

  • Adopted the classic copyrighted course "The Leadership Challenge®," integrating its methodology throughout the entire program, offering both substantial content and practical application.
  • Used the "Fengshen Bang" storyline and role-playing format, allowing participants to immerse themselves in different challenges and roles, better realizing the practical significance of leadership. Combined with indoor and outdoor activities in a learn-by-doing format, the 2-day learning experience was full of fun and reflection.
