Program Overview
YUERAN GROUP is a fast-expanding e-commerce company with a young, energetic, and highly driven senior management team. As the organization scaled rapidly, its leaders faced increasing demands to demonstrate stronger leadership capability, influence, and team engagement to support a growing workforce.
Traditional leadership training approaches were perceived as overly rigid and disengaging for this generation of leaders. YUERAN therefore invited Prothink to design a learning-based, experiential leadership program that combined rigorous leadership methodology with high-impact immersive experiences, ensuring both depth of learning and strong participant engagement.
