Culture-oriented Teambuilding Case: Goat Games — “Management Year-End Meeting & Cultural Development Activity”

Project Overview

Goat Games is a rapidly developing internet company, with its team largely composed of young technical personnel. Traditional cultural briefings fail to arouse employees' interest and resonance. Therefore, Goat Games invited Prothink to develop and execute activities targeting its core corporate values, allowing management to better experience the core meaning of its corporate culture through activities.

Each corporate value has a corresponding activity to better trigger thinking and transformation

Outcomes

  • Developed and designed six major games and activities related to core corporate values such as "Focus on Goals" and "Fear No Failure" (paraphrased).
  • Management was fully engaged in participation and experience, gaining a better understanding of the company's cultural core than before, and also put it into practice.
