Program Overview

GOAT GAMES is a rapidly expanding internet company whose management team is composed of leaders from diverse cultural and geographical backgrounds. As the organization continues to scale, strengthening alignment around corporate values while enhancing leadership cohesion became a strategic priority.

Prothink was invited to design and deliver a values-driven experiential learning program as part of the management annual meeting. The program was closely aligned with the company’s core values and strategic direction, using immersive activities to foster shared understanding, team integration and collective intelligence.

  • Six customized experiential games and activities developed around key corporate values, including “Focus on Goals” and “Embrace Failure”, fully aligned with business strategy
  • Strong engagement and full participation from management leaders across regions and cultural backgrounds
  • Compared with traditional classroom-based training, the experiential design enabled leaders to more deeply grasp the essence of the company’s culture
