Culture-oriented Teambuilding Case: LIZHI Group — “New Voice Program: Journey of Sound Teambuilding”

Project Overview

LIZHI is a rapidly developing internet company, with its team largely composed of young technical personnel. Traditional new employee cultural briefings fail to arouse employees' interest and resonance. Therefore, LIZHI invited Prothink to develop and execute activities targeting its seven core leadership behaviors, allowing new employees to better experience the core meaning of its corporate culture through activities.

Each corporate value has a corresponding activity to better trigger thinking and transformation

Outcomes

  • Developed and designed six major games and activities related to core corporate values such as "Proactive Initiative," "Innovative Awareness," "Systematic Thinking," "Collaborative Win-Win," and "Customer First" (paraphrased).
  • New employees were fully engaged in participation and experience, gaining a better understanding of the company's cultural core than before, and also put it into practice.
