Project Overview
Boardware is a leading software service provider in Macau. To achieve its listing goals sooner, managers need to quickly transition from technical roles to mature managerial roles. In this process, it was found that most managers were unable to effectively build team cohesion. Therefore, Prothink was invited to design targeted projects to enhance the team's management collaboration skills, innovative awareness, cross-departmental cooperation abilities, etc.
