Various equipment and props were used to give colleagues a fresh and fun experience.
Custom-designed activity rules and team assignments required colleagues to cooperate fully within their small groups to complete challenges without lagging behind; they also needed to communicate and coordinate with other groups, integrating team competition and team collaboration elements.
Through different methods, colleagues were encouraged to think about breaking down barriers and creating innovative ways of cooperation.
