Program Overview

Philip Morris is a global organization composed of highly skilled, technically proficient and multicultural professionals. The objective of this program was to create a fun, engaging and energising team-building experience for managers, strengthening interpersonal connections while enhancing collaboration and mutual trust across teams.

Prothink designed a customized sports-based experiential team-building program that combined friendly competition with purposeful collaboration, allowing participants to learn through action, reflection and interaction.
