Culture-oriented Teambuilding Case: DRD4 — “Wisdom & Fun All-IN Creative Teambuilding Activity”

Project Overview

Yueran Group is a fast-growing e-commerce company with a young and motivated executive team. At the same time, it also needs more business management awareness and capabilities. However, the business management training on the market is too theoretical and deviates from the characteristics of the industry. Therefore, Yueran Group invited Prothink to design and implement courses based on its business model, team characteristics and market challenges.

  • DRD4 is a professional media company. To better facilitate team integration and establish a common management language, DRD4 invited Prothink to design and execute a teambuilding project.
  • The project's focus was on integrating DRD4's cultural elements, allowing participants to easily grasp the meaning and connotations of core cultural elements during the engaging activities.

Outcomes

  • All team members participated, over 120+ people.
  • Simulated real challenge environments, designed activities like "Miracle Roller Coaster" and the immersive "Ultimate Challenge," motivating all members to jointly create achievements and enhance team cohesion and morale.
  • DISC board game version + client-exclusive roller coaster model; balancing substantial content with fun.
  • Used "Unity" as the thread connecting all activities, enhancing team communication, collaboration, and cohesion, ultimately achieving "Three Forces in One."
  • Formed the team's own communication DNA.
