Apparel & Retail Case: EGOOSS — Supervisor & Regional Manager Management Development Program

Project Overview

During a period of rapid nationwide expansion, EGOOSS faced a growing gap between business growth and the development of frontline service and management capability. Due to its unique business model, conventional operating practices from other apparel retailers were not directly applicable.

To address this challenge, EGOOSS engaged Prothink to design and deliver a fully customized management development program for supervisors and regional managers. The program spanned three months and focused on strengthening frontline management capability through practical, application-driven learning.
