Apparel/Retail Case: EGOOSS — Supervisor/Regional Manager Management Training Camp

Project Overview

During EGOOSS's rapid nationwide expansion, service and frontline management improvements couldn't keep pace. Due to its unique business model, it couldn't borrow operational methods from other apparel companies. Therefore, Prothink was invited as a consultant to conduct customized training for three months, including:

  • Competency mapping and corresponding training for supervisors.
  • Post-class assignments and online coaching.
  • Course topics included: "Service Upgrade," "Business Management," "People Management," "Store Management."

Customized sales pitch and real store examples, easy to learn and use

Outcomes

  • Standardized management models and methods, with results verified in assessments.
  • Successfully cultivated 50 frontline business backbones, and the management level witnessed improvements in management proficiency and performance after 3 months.
