  • Customized training courses for frontline sales staff based on the sales process.
  • Designed scenarios, wrote scripts, and filmed/produced videos for training.
  • Created an instructor's manual for internal trainers to promote the course.
  • Created a participant's manual for participant learning and follow-up.
  • Created a mystery shopper survey questionnaire to follow up on the effectiveness of the training.
  • Through live streaming training, cultivated 10+ on-air hosts.
