Project Overview

Gientech, a leader in financial IT solutions under China Electronics Corporation, needed to help its technology-driven managers transition into effective people leaders. Prothink designed a series of tailored programs for junior and senior managers to enhance leadership skills and build a shared management language across teams.

The Challenge

How to help technically strong managers build management awareness and leadership capability, while aligning management thinking, language and practices across different managerial levels?

Our Approach

  • Program design tailored separately for junior managers and experienced managers
  • Combination of management theory and experiential learning, including games and simulations, to create an engaging classroom atmosphere
  • Team self-assessment activities to analyse current management challenges and organizational realities
  • Workshop-based discussions supported by team reports, encouraging open communication and deep reflection

Outcomes & Results

  • Delivered three consecutive management training camps, covering key topics such as:

    -Leading Change: Change Management
    -The Five Behaviors of a High-Performing Team
  • Enabled management teams to openly explore internal challenges and potential issues through facilitated workshops
