New Elite Program: Holike — High-Potential Leadership Development Program “Genesis: 48 Hours”

Project Overview

To develop its future leadership pipeline, Holike partnered with Prothink to design a long-term high-potential talent development program for its emerging leaders.

Prothink created a blended, experiential learning journey spanning online and offline channels, structured as a one-year training camp. Designed specifically for the learning characteristics of the new generation, the program adopted a gamified “mission-based” format titled Genesis: 48 Hours, which quickly became highly popular among participants.

The Challenge

How to engage high-potential young talents in a long-term leadership development journey, while accelerating learning effectiveness, strengthening leadership capability and improving talent retention.

Our Approach

  • Scenario-based learning with immersive storylines and multi-role simulations
  • Rapid role switching and situational challenges to deepen leadership understanding
  • Micro-task practice and action-based learning to enhance learning efficiency within a short time frame
  • Fully integrated online-to-offline learning experience, sustaining engagement over an extended program cycle

Outcomes & Results

  • Delivered a one-year program comprising six learning phases
  • Successfully retained over 90% of high-potential participants throughout the program
  • Two consecutive cohorts of high-potential talents were retained through the program
  • Recognized as a flagship program by Holike’s Learning & Development team, achieving an annual satisfaction and reputation score of over 97%
