“New Elite Program” Case: HOLIKE — High-Potential Talent Leadership Training Camp “Genesis 48 Hours”

Project Overview

To cultivate reserve cadres for HOLIKE, Prothink customized a half-year youth cadre plan for them. From online to offline, omni-channel, experiential training was conducted for high-potential talent, creating a one-year training camp. Targeting the learning characteristics of the new generation, it was conducted in a "Genesis 48 Hours" level-clearing mode and was very popular.

Outcomes

  • A one-year, 6-season training camp, which retained HOLIKE's high-potential talent for 2 consecutive terms; the personnel retention rate during the project was 90% or higher.
  • Became a gold-star project for HOLIKE's training department, with an annual (word-of-mouth/reputation) rating of 97% or higher.
