To develop its future leadership pipeline, Holike partnered with Prothink to design a long-term high-potential talent development program for its emerging leaders.
Prothink created a blended, experiential learning journey spanning online and offline channels, structured as a one-year training camp. Designed specifically for the learning characteristics of the new generation, the program adopted a gamified “mission-based” format titled Genesis: 48 Hours, which quickly became highly popular among participants.
