Project Overview

By integrating strategic direction from the client’s overseas headquarters with the operational realities of the Greater Bay Area, Prothink developed a creative and progressive talent development roadmap. Through a series of customized Future Leadership programs, the initiative effectively translated management strategy and leadership culture into practical leadership behaviors, achieving strong alignment between enterprise strategy and talent development.
