  • Traditional executive strategy meetings are often highly structured and rigorous, yet can lack energy and meaningful engagement. Theory engaged Prothink to design and facilitate a creative strategy and alignment experience that would increase executive participation, elevate the quality of strategic dialogue, and strengthen shared ownership of future direction.
