  • Traditional executive strategy meetings are often highly structured and rigorous, yet can lack energy and meaningful engagement. Theory engaged Prothink to design and facilitate a creative strategy and alignment experience that would increase executive participation, elevate the quality of strategic dialogue, and strengthen shared ownership of future direction.
  • The objective was to enhance strategic thinking at the leadership level and enable more effective strategy execution through stronger alignment.

We designed an immersive, scenario-based executive workshop built around the concept of a “Mars Migration Project”.
