- As Risestar continued to expand its operations, the organization identified a growing need to strengthen management capability across its leadership team. Key priorities included developing managerial mindset, aligning leadership behaviors with organizational culture, and continuously improving management processes. Prothink partnered with Risestar on a long-term leadership initiative, supporting the organization through cultural alignment workshops, process design consulting and integrated capability development.
