  • Burger King is a well-known fast-food chain brand in the United States. In China, while business is rapidly expanding, the management team also needs continuous improvement. Among senior employees, a group of high-potential individuals were identified, and Prothink was invited to conduct a one-year, 4-season training for them.
  • Prothink analyzed the participants and designed a leadership series course in a lightly customized manner.
